A Memorial Ceremony for Vladimir Petrovsky took place at the Foreign MInistry of the Russian Federation in Moscow on April 23, 2014.
Alexander Bessmertnykh, former Soviet Minister of Foreign Affairs is adressing the audience.
Visible on the podium is also Helen Petrovsky, daughter of Vladimir Petrovsky.
CDAC Secretary-General Michael S. Karlen also adressed Mr. Petrovsky's numerous friends and former colleagues. CDAC also produced a Video-Slideshow for the occasion.
